To obtain conditional approval from the board, prior to commencing construction, the applicant shall:
(a) Demonstrate compliance with subsections 24.28.030(a)(1)-(112),
(b) Receive approval from the general manager of the district of the proposed declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions as described in subsections 24.28.031(f)(1)-(3); and
(c) Agree to comply with any special conditions required by the board as part of its conditional approval of the interim package plant. (Ord. 3494 § 3 (part), 2007)
