The following fees are for services listed below:

1. Inspections or plan review outside of normal business hours

(one hour minimum in conjunction with normal work day)

(minimum three hour charge for inspections which are not contiguous with the normal work day).

$75.00/hour

2. Reinspection fees

$75.00 each

3. Inspections or service for which no fee is specifically indicated (minimum charge: one hour)

$75.00/hour

4. Additional plan review required by changes, additions, or revisions are $75.00 per hour (minimum charge: two hours due at plan submittal).

5. Where the cost of a consultant for plan review or for component listing exceeds the fee calculated herein, the excess cost of such services shall be charged to the permittee.

6. Review for approval of unlisted components

(minimum charge: three hours).

$75.00/hour/person

7. The building official may accept credit cards for payment of fees. When payment is made with a credit card, the building official will add the financial institution’s surcharge to the fees paid by credit card.
