Fees for projects not specified in this schedule shall be determined by the building official by applying the total value of the scope of work being performed to Table 3-A of this chapter.
Where appropriate, validated valuations supplied by the applicant may be utilized by the building official. The building official reserves the option of requesting appropriate documentation of stated valuations supplied by the applicant.
