Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of either the specific fees set forth or shall be charged as set forth in the fee schedules. Payment of either one does not preclude other fee requirements.
Employing or using a quality assurance agency or designated residential inspector does not preclude or waive permit, plans exam, or other relevant fees set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 3618 § 2 (part), 2008)
