(A) Technical guidelines promulgated by the building official shall serve as reference standards as provided for in this chapter.
(B) Standards referenced in the technical codes shall be adopted into, and considered part of, the technical code to the prescribed extent of each reference. (Ord. 3618 § 2 (part), 2008)
