To obtain an amusement and transportation system (ATS) permit for an amusement and transportation system, the owner/operator shall file an application in writing on a form furnished by the building official for that purpose. A group of identical ATS’s may, at the building official’s option, be part of a group application, but shall be individually permitted. Every application shall be accompanied by all required reports, plans, calculations, specifications, data, manuals, fees, and other items required by the building official.
