The purpose of this chapter is to provide the administrative rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of the technical codes adopted by Clark County. These technical codes are set out generally in Titles 22, 24, and 25 of the Clark County Code.
The purpose of this chapter and the technical codes is to provide appropriate design and construction regulations to safeguard life, health, property, and public welfare by regulating and controlling the permitting, design, construction, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location, and maintenance of buildings, service equipment, and structures in the jurisdiction of Clark County specifically regulated herein.
