Each license application shall be accompanied by a fifty-dollar license processing fee which shall be paid to the department of business license at the time of filing the application. The processing fee is nonrefundable and is in addition to other fees collected pursuant to this chapter.
After the issuance of a license pursuant to this chapter, each licensee shall pay, in addition to all other fees, a license renewal processing fee of fifteen dollars per quarter. (Ord. L-30-79 § 2, 1979)
