“Liquor store” is a specialty retail store which deals exclusively in alcoholic liquors and related items including magazines, newspapers and packaged snack foods. Minors are not allowed entry into liquor stores. A liquor license shall not be granted to a liquor store if it is located within one thousand five hundred feet radius of the entry door of any other liquor store. (Ord. L-232-05 § 40, 2005)
