“Import-wholesale license” means a license authorizing the holder to be the first person in possession of alcoholic liquors within the county after completion of the act of importation into the state of Nevada. No import-wholesale alcoholic liquor license will be issued to any person who is not authorized to import alcoholic liquors into the state of Nevada by the state. (Ord. L-232-05 § 31, 2005)
