“Grocery store” means a business located in a building or in a portion of a building which is segregated physically or spatially from the rest of the building or other retail sales departments, which sells groceries at retail and has over six thousand square feet of floor space, exclusive of warehouse and office areas, devoted to the display of such groceries.
