“Adult entertainment cabaret” means an establishment that offers topless dancing, performing or entertaining by a cabaret entertainer; that is licensed pursuant to Clark County Code Section 6.95.010(c); that is subject to the erotic dance establishment regulations contained in Clark County Code Chapter 6.160; and that must also be licensed for the service of alcoholic beverages pursuant to this chapter.
