If any section, paragraph, phrase or word of this title, or portion thereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not invalidate the remaining portions of this chapter, or its sections and paragraphs. (Ord. L-137-94 § 1, 1994)
